The Schulich School of Business at York University is seeking a new Dean. Global, innovative, and diverse, the Schulich School of Business is rated among the world’s leading business schools and is well-placed to continue building on its successes. Schulich has overseas campuses in India and China, and satellite centers in six cities around the world, positioning the School as an outward-facing, transnational Business School. The School has a student body of 3,000 students in 20 degree and diploma programs. The School’s innovative degree programs, which provide students with one of the broadest ranges of business school specializations available, allows students to drive their own educational experience. The Schulich School is also responsible for the co-development, in partnership with the Kellogg School of Management, of North America’s first ever cross-border executive MBA, as well as developing one of the world’s first degrees in international business (IMBA) and Business Analytics (MBAN). Diversity of students, faculty, and programs is central to the School’s ethos and operation. The School benefits from a deep and abiding entrepreneurial spirit, which works in tandem with an engaged alumni network of circa 30,000 individuals operating in more than 90 countries.

The School is now seeking a visionary and collaborative Dean to lead the School into its next phase of development. Working with a supportive and high-caliber faculty – which includes outstanding teachers, a strong cadre of endowed chairs, and researchers of global repute – the Dean will have the opportunity to devise and deliver a forward-thinking strategy for the School. The ideal candidate will have a track record of strategic and consultative leadership in a complex environment.
