MANAGER, PROJECTS AND PROCESSES (INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS)

Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President, Institutional Effectiveness, the Manager, Projects & Processes supports planning, integration and implementation of College-wide projects into business unit activities. The Manager, Projects & Processes provides consultative services, business process reviews and change management leadership across the College’s departments and academic units. Additionally, this position is responsible for evaluating the operational effectiveness of projects through the application of strategic key performance indicators and metrics.

MANAGER, PROJECTS AND PROCESSES (REGISTRAR)

Under the general direction of the Registrar, the Manager, Projects & Processes (Registrar) supports the planning and review of Student Information Systems, processes and integration. The Manager, Projects & Processes (Registrar) provides consultative services across departments and academic units to ensure the effective facilitation of service delivery and experience. Additionally, this position is responsible for evaluating the operational effectiveness of Student Information Systems, enrollment processes and departmental operations through the application of strategic key performance indicators and metrics.

The preferred candidates will have established professional credibility as evidenced by a baccalaureate degree in a relevant area such as Computing Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA and/or Project Management Professional designation (or equivalent).
