Having grown exponentially, the School is designing and building a $62M self-funding building for occupancy in 2021.

As the chief administrative officer, the Executive Officer is responsible for providing direction and management of the administrative, financial, human resources, facilities, and information technology functions of the School. Keeping pace with the exponential growth and changing needs of the School is a priority.

With broad competency in business administration, you have experience supervising the financial management function and overseeing large budgets. Being responsible for the operational Human Resource needs of the School, you are a seasoned in HR practices in a unionized environment. Being client-focused, you match business needs with technology solutions, and have supervised the assessment, planning, and execution of IT projects and managed an IT team.

As the ideal candidate, you are highly analytical and detail focused. You bring a graduate degree in a related field, such as business, and ideally possess a related professional designation (e.g., financial, HR, project management, IT).  
Your flexibility and adaptability allows you to excel in a fast-paced environment. Your tenacity and patience allows you to efficiently navigate diverse relationships and complex environments. You bring a great sense of humour to all relationships.
