For many years, we focused on applied and collaborative degrees, certificates and diplomas. In 2007, we began offering our own baccalaureate degrees, and became a university in 2009.

Reporting to the VP Finance and Administration, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a key member of the University’s Leadership Team. The CIO provides strategic direction, leadership, and insight to the Information and Technology Services Department.  The CIO will engage University leadership and cross-divisional teams to define and implement institutional strategies for information technology systems and functionality designed to support achievement of organization’s goals, and academic mission to ensure reliable information technology infrastructure and services.

The CIO will have an advanced academic degree along with at least 10 to 15 years of senior management experience in IT, preferably within an institutional setting. As the successful candidate you will possess excellent leadership, communication, decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, and planning skills. We are looking for a leader who is collaborative will bring initiative and tenacity to the role.
