The CPA Western School of Business (CPAWSB) delivers education to approximately 11,000 candidates enrolled in the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP) and 4,000 students enrolled in the CPA preparatory courses in the four western provinces and in the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. 

The Chief Executive Officer is the senior officer of the CPA Western School of Business (CPAWSB) and, through the oversight of the Board of Directors, has overall responsibility for the CPAWSB. The CEO is responsible for leading the implementation of the Strategic Plan; enhancing learner programs and events; developing operating plans that ensure the ongoing financial health of the organization; and ensuring that CPAWSB programs are well managed within the framework of agreed objectives.

As CPAWSB’s next leader, you will have been a key contributor in a large and complex organization where your clear strengths in aligning an operation to meet strategic imperatives is in evidence. Sensitive to the governance and political context in which you operate, you are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and in managing change and galvanizing teams.

This role can be based in Western Canada.
