The School services over, and 1,600 undergraduate, 1,200 Masters and 50 PhD students across three campuses (Keele, Nadal, Hyderabad).Reporting to the Executive Director, Student Services and International Relations, the Assistant Director, Admissions & Financial Aid supports the strategic enrolment initiatives of the Schulich School. This role is responsible for the management of the following: GPA calculation, transcript and resume assessment for admission. advanced standing. and financial aid for all degree levels (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral students) in the Schulich School of Business.The incumbent is responsible for the direction, training, coordination and management of the assessment and financial aid teams. In addition to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the admission file assessment process, the incumbent facilitates the disbursement of funds to primarily graduate students from a number of sources for student bursary and scholarship programs. This includes building strategic relationships and following up on leads with financial institutions to source funding for our students.In this role you will

 

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:


Undergraduate degree - MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressively more responsible related management experience, including setting goals and objectives, coordination, planning and supervision in a unionized environment, administrative experience, excellent technological skills including database management. Experience working with complex financial records and transactions.
