Vice President, Strategy, Budget and Operations

Duties: This position reports to the President and CEO and serves as part of the Executive Leadership Team providing visionary leadership to the administrative services of the College (risk management, financial reporting and operations, facilities management, and information technology and management), and to strategic planning and resource allocation in alignment with the College's mission, vision, values, and strategic direction. This position is critical to leading and ensuring institutional change, resilience and sustainability, through a period of transformation.
Qualifications:
- Masters’ degree in a related field and a minimum of ten years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role managing finance, facilities, risk, IT and/or other administrative portfolios, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning, budgeting and operations in a complex organization to align resources and operations with long-term institutional goals.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate organizational change and innovation within a complex organization to address operational challenges, improve performance and drive sustainability.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address challenges innovatively and diplomatically.
- Advanced knowledge of finance, facilities management, IT management, risk management and/or other administrative systems.

Salary: The starting annual salary is $155,649 to $207,532 for this Management Group position. Management Group employees are eligible for annual salary increases within and above the starting range through demonstrated performance.
